Everything in LymphActiv is printed on the label, to the milligram. On this website we explain each ingredient together with what the research actually says, including where the evidence is thin.
5 plant extracts, 2 vitamins
Red vine leaf, dandelion leaf, bromelain, maritime pine bark (142.5 mg of OPCs) and horse chestnut seed (20 mg of aescin), with 100 % of the NRV for vitamins C and E.
Easy to stick to
Two vegetable capsules once a day with a large glass of water. One bottle covers 30 days, with nothing complicated to remember.
Honest about the science
The only health claims we make come from vitamins C and E, as the GB nutrition and health claims register allows. For the plants, we tell you what has been studied and what has not.
Seven ingredients, explained plainly.
Tap an ingredient to see the amount in 2 capsules, as printed on the label, and what the studies say.
Red vine leaf extract
360 mg of extract (Vitis vinifera leaf)
The leaves of red grape varieties are rich in flavonoids and have a long tradition of use in European herbal practice. Studies on one specific standardised extract exist; they cannot simply be transferred to other extracts. All about red vine leaf
Dandelion leaf extract
300 mg of extract (Taraxacum officinale leaf)
The familiar garden weed has been used traditionally across Europe for centuries. Human data on the leaf remain limited. Dandelion belongs to the Asteraceae family, which matters if you have a related allergy. All about dandelion
Bromelain
200 mg (1200 GDU/g, so 240 GDU)
A group of enzymes obtained from the pineapple plant. Bromelain has been studied in several areas, with mixed and often small studies. All about bromelain
Maritime pine bark extract
150 mg of extract, of which 142.5 mg of OPCs (95 %)
Bark from the maritime pine of south west France, concentrated in oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs), a family of plant polyphenols studied in a number of trials of varying quality. All about maritime pine bark
Horse chestnut seed extract
100 mg of extract, of which 20 mg of aescin (20 %)
The conker tree that lines British parks gives a seed extract standardised in aescin. It is one of the most researched plants in its field, mostly at higher doses than ours. All about horse chestnut
Vitamin C and vitamin E
80 mg of vitamin C and 12 mg of vitamin E (100 % NRV each)
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. All about vitamins C and E
Your legs carry you all day. A good routine helps.
Long hours at a desk, a standing job, a long flight or a warm British summer: most people notice their legs at some point. What matters most is everyday habits: walking, moving your ankles when you sit for long periods, raising your legs in the evening and keeping a healthy weight.
LymphActiv goes alongside these habits; it does not replace them, and it is not a treatment for any condition. We explain how the circulation in the legs works, and when to see your GP, in our heavy legs guide.
Three steps to fit it into your day.
A food supplement is judged over weeks, not days. Here is how LymphActiv fits into everyday life.
2 capsules once a day
Take both capsules together with a large glass of water. Many people find it easiest at breakfast or with their evening meal.
Keep a rhythm
Same time every day, alongside regular walks, a balanced diet and plenty to drink, especially in hot weather.
Think in months
One bottle lasts 30 days. Many people choose 3 or 6 bottles to follow the routine for a season or six months.
